Earthquake Relief for Turkey & Syria
The recent earthquakes in this region have caused unimaginable devastation.
UCC Mission and Service Fund is working with their partners The Middle East Council of Churches, ACT Alliance and the Canadian Foodgrains Bank to assess the immediate and ongoing needs.
If you would like to assist, you can make a donation to Greenbank United Church, and note on your cheque or envelope for Earthquake Relief. We will forward the funds on your behalf to Mission and Service.                                      A charitable receipt will be issued at the year end. 100 % of your donation goes directly to emergency relief, with 85% of your donation responding to this designated emergency. The 15% is used to respond to future emergencies that do not receive intense media coverage.
Thank you for you ongoing support of the Mission and Service Fund.
