Composting, a practice that values our waste

In Honduras, the city of Comayagua is positioned as an example in environmentally sound management of organic waste: this is transferred to the facilities of the Municipal Plant Nursery, where it undergoes a composting process. The final product is organic fertilizer, used for the maintenance of the 47 municipal green areas, including the Municipal Stadium. Learn more about this initiative here.
