Spring Break Bethe Engagements

Spring Break Facilities Reminders

CARD READER UPGRADES:
Card readers in our buildings will be upgraded on Mon. (04/03) and Tues. (04/04) of next week. They will take each card reader offline individually to complete the work. We will have an employee stationed at each door checking IDs for folks that need to enter (for approximately 20mins each). All other readers will remain active as normal.

GOTHICS ASSESSMENTS:
From Sun. 04/02 – Sun. 04/09 a construction company will be on West Campus using drones to assess the Gothic exteriors needed for future repairs and maintenance. Please , whether on campus or not, for your personal privacy.

BETHE-MAIN PAINT ASSESSMENTS:
Facilities Management will be conducting assessments of Bethe-Main over break to determine future summer project needs for repainting in residential rooms and common spaces. Please be aware that Facilities will be entering rooms over the break for this important task. They will lock doors behind them, so please make sure to take keys with you over break!

GRF On Call: 607-327-1729

The GRF On-Call phone is only turned on when the House Office is CLOSED (after hours and over the weekend).

Reasons to call the GRF On-Call: lockouts after hours, neighbors are being noisy during quiet hours (sounds like a party), the electricity went out in your room, and other similar concerns that cannot wait until the House Office is open again.

Do not call the GRF On-Call to pick up a package from the House Office, to let your friend(s) into the building, or for anything that can wait until the House Office is open.
