Is it a PATH or a CIRCUS?
Our sessions could use your voice! This last session we had conversation about how easily it is, as an entrepreneur, to get busy making lanes of travel for ourselves until we come to a place where it can be a circus instead of a path. I think this is an affliction for all of us, as we work to generate income and connection with potential clients (or build on the relationships we have). Often Entrepreneurs are GOOD at meeting needs, and we can not be the bucket for all of them.
TAKE FOCUS:
Get clear on WHO/WHAT: Who or what are you doing (clarity on your service, your message, your products)
Get clear on the HOW: How do you service the “who/what” directly and with focus BEFORE building on something else
What is your VALUE: Recognize that your time is all you have to sell, treat it with respect. It has VALUE and step over anything that says otherwise.
FOCUS on what builds your VALUE: Once you have clarity, then take focus on what you are, and do, and create a strategic plan to tackle effective mastery of that.
