FDA Approves First OTC Naloxone Nasal Spray!
"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Narcan, 4 milligram (mg) naloxone hydrochloride nasal spray for over-the-counter (OTC), nonprescription, use – the first naloxone product approved for use without a prescription. Naloxone is a medication that rapidly reverses the effects of opioid overdose and is the standard treatment for opioid overdose.
Today’s action paves the way for the life-saving medication to reverse an opioid overdose to be sold directly to consumers in places like drug stores, convenience stores, grocery stores and gas stations, as well as online. " - FDA |

Free Uber Health Rides for SUD Treatment & Counseling |
Please note there are new changes regarding Uber Health!
JTNN is partnering with Uber Health to provide Washoe County residents that are seeking free rides to and from Substance Use Disorder related treatments and appointments. JTNN has the right to refuse services on a case-by-case basis.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for those who were using our service under the previous requirements.

Jennifer helps our community learn more about substances by delivering evidence-based curriculums to K-12 students, advise families and individuals on prevention strategies, and participate in community events to raise awareness!
Jennifers favorite part about her job is discovering more about youth experiences in today's world. Being able to help students learn and impact their lives with engaging lessons is significantly important to Jennifer.
