Our mission is to offer a more equitable and compassionate approach to veterinary medicine. We recognize that all living beings are complex and unique individuals, and we all share the common threads of life.
Dear friends,

Spring is here, and we hope
you are enjoying the spring flowers popping up everywhere as much as we do!

2023 has been filled so far with various activities at the clinic, including a long-awaited team retreat at Dr. Conny's home. We enjoyed spending a day together away from the clinic, sharing delicious food, working on a team appreciation board which will be hanging in our lobby soon. We encourage you to leave appreciation notes for us there any time you feel called to! We also learned about embracing conflict within organizations and social movements, based on the work by
Leticia Nieto.

Thanks to Jasmine's initiative and dedication we are continuing to support and build relationships within our larger community, and we encourage you to join us. Currently, we are spot-lighting
Milk Crate Kitchen, and below are suggestions how you can contribute to their efforts to help them provide free family meals. The families served come from diverse social, racial, and economic backgrounds, including but not limited to low-income folks, students, single parents, the elderly, differently abled, and BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Starting in April, we are dropping our mask mandate here at the clinic. However, we always appreciate you keeping us safe by wearing a mask during the time you spend in the exam rooms with us, if you are able to.

In other news, we are available again for house calls on a limited basis within a 5 mile radius of our location. In-home appointments are mostly reserved for pets who are very scared at the vet's office and for end-of-life care. We will also continue to offer telemedicine appointments for patients we have seen for a physical exam within the last 12 months, and for second-opinion consultations.

Below are some photos from our retreat

2. Donations (Venmo, PayPal etc.) For $5, you can sponsor a family meal of 4.

3. Fred Meyer Rewards
When you shop at Fred Meyer, you can add MCK through their Community Rewards program.
