Oakland Family,
It is with deepest sympathy that we let you know that John McPhail passed away yesterday. He had been suffering with Alzheimer's disease for the last couple years. Services and final arrangements are pending. There will likely be a graveside service at Oakland in the coming weeks. We will continue to keep you updated as we know more.
His cousin who had been overseeing his care for the last year or so wanted me to share with Oakland that John loved this church and he was grateful for all he met here.
