March 28, 2023 SBRM Owners Meeting
Dear SBRM Unit Owner,
Reminder, Per the notice you received a week ago, SBRM is having a Special Meeting of owners via Zoom on Tuesday March 28, 2023 at 6:30pm AST /EST to review the 2023-24FY budget and the Property Purchase Agreement.
Many have asked for clarification about assigning a PROXY
If you will NOT be at the meeting, you should assign a PROXY to represent you for two reasons:
- Your PROXY will count you as being in attendance at the meeting, so we will more easily reach a quorum, and
- Your PROXY can vote on your behalf during the meeting if someone raises a motion that needs an owner vote.
WHETHER OR NOT you assign a PROXY for the meeting, you can cast your own vote regarding the Property Purchase on the AssociationVoting website or by filling out the attached ballot and emailing it per the instructions on the form. Your AssocationVoting link will be emailed on Wednesday March 29.
If you don’t want to submit your own ballot, then select the PROXY role on the form that allows them to vote on your behalf.
