Booking is Open!

Early Bird Tickets are now available for our double-bill evening concerts at HFF 2023!

Many of you will have seen on social media that we received generous grants from both Emersons Green Town Council and South Gloucestershire Council, meaning that we have all the funding we require for HFF 2023! So rather than wait until May 1st to release tickets, we saw no further reason to keep everyone waiting...

Here's how the evenings will work:

5pm doors open
5.30-6.30pm First Concert
6.30-7.30pm long interval with food and drinks
7.30-9.30pm Second Concert

All double-bill evenings are priced the same at £19.50 full price, £15 concessions, under 18s free. However, the first 30 tickets sold for each double-bill evening concert will be eligible for a 10% earlybird discount so do get in there early!

(Please note that we are still finalising the programme for the day events: as always we'll be offering free workshops, daytime drop-in concerts and interactive musical experiences for everyone to enjoy. We will email again when the daytime programme is sorted)

Friday 28th July
Lauren Scott and Filkins Drift

(classical harp and Celtic folk)

Lauren Scott - Harp Haven

An hour of scintillating music for the soul, performed on lever harp by Lauren Scott.

“Pre-eminently thoughtful and compelling, she draws sounds of deep soulfulness and will-o-the-wisp rustlings. Her Lever Harp sings sweetly and the recording is beautifully judged."  BBC Music Magazine

Filkin's Drift

One of the UK’s fastest rising folk groups

Filkin’s Drift combine the traditional and the contemporary through their blend of fiddle, guitar, and close vocal harmonies. They weave together folklore from their homes, Wales and Gloucestershire, in performances that are “utterly mesmerising”.

Choro and Lady Nade

(world music and Folk Americana)

Clube do Choro Bristol

Informal, feel-good Brazilian street music

It's becoming a tradition to have a Roda do Choro at Ham Farm Festival, led by some members of our own local Clube do Choro Bristol... so here they are, back by popular demand!

This first concert is informal, and you are welcome to chat, dance, and enjoy the music how you would like to. Instrumentalists can even bring their instrument and join in!

Lady Nade and her band

Multi-award winning folk and Americana singer-songwriter from Bristol

Her warm, rich voice is like a chocolatey hug. Her performances are like a reunion. Share a room with her, and she'll give you her story. All of it. The joys and sorrows. You will love her for it, and she will love you back.

Sunday 30th July
Lucas Saboya & Miss Kiddy and the Cads

(world/classical and swing jazz cabaret)

Lucas Saboya

Colombian virtuoso guitarist and composer

Naxos-recorded artist and internationally renowned composer Lucas Saboya will be in the UK for two weeks only! He will perform for us a guitar and tiple concert full of beautiful melodies and fiery virtuosic Colombian dance, with friends (both Colombian and British) joining him for some pieces.

Come if you like guitar music. Come if you are interested in new music, or South American music. And fundamentally come if you want to see performers at the very top of their game - there is nothing more exciting in our opinion.

Miss Kiddy and the Cads

Glamorous '20s Hollywood jazz cabaret

Straight from the red carpet and onto the stage, Miss Kiddy and the Cads bring you your favourite party hits (think Bowie and Beyonce) wrapped in high-class glamour and decadent sass. This is a band like no other...

Show stopping vocals, sensational band, stunning costumes, spectacular tap dancing, and the decadence of golden Hollywood all wrapped up in a sophisticated but electric stomp!
