Dear Passengers,
Please see below a letter detailing our fare increases which will be implemented from 1st May 2023. This has been a difficult decision for us, our fares were last increased in September 2021 so over a year ago. We know that is is a struggle for everyone at the moment so we want to highlight that anyone in financial hardship can contact us confidentially.
We've also mentioned special offers so we will keep you informed of these, we hope to have a couple each year, we are thinking along the lines of a 10% off week etc.
Please also do not forget to ask the drivers for a loyalty card as with Ring and Ride you get your tenth journey free.
