It's finally here - this special and fleeting season of renewal. Goodbye, winter cold - and hello warm sunshine, green leaves, and bountiful flowers. And, yes, that pesky seasonal wind... but we'll take it because at least it's not blowing snow!

Updated Rate of Autism Diagnosis
The US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced in March that the prevalence of autism diagnosis is now 1 in 36 children, based on a study of US 8 year olds. The latest data shows an increase in identifying autism in girls and people of color. This increase in diagnosis reflects growing awareness and effective screening, and reiterates the importance of proven interventions like our Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy program. For all Medicaid and SNAP recipients, benefits no longer automatically renew. Be sure to update your contact information and follow the steps to renew without disruption! Parents of children receiving Early Intervention services may contact their Family Service Coordinator for information on Medicaid renewal. Click here to learn more.
