Let’s join the season of Springtime with revitalizing and renewing our Beings with extra special respiratory system care.

We are currently studying and teaching Yoga for Lung & Respiratory Health with Kristine Weber at Subtle Yoga. 

This inspired us to share a special 4 week offering; Yoga for Lung and Respiratory Health, April 3-27, 2023 during our regularly scheduled class times $60/4wks. 

Learn supportive ways to breathe, move and care for your respiratory system.

It’s fascinating to discover how we can utilize our breath for energizing and soothing our nervous system. We’ll include wellness tips for relieving sinus pressure and reducing spring allergy irritation.

Folks at Sharon’s recent Yoga and other natural health techniques for Sleep 💤 Support Retreat requested that we share this guided practice. It is also a favorite 😍 of our community at Bloom.

We can’t wait to meet you on the mat and share this special style of yoga with a “Special You”. Our class sizes range from 6-14 participants with room for personal space and social distancing in our peaceful and soothing studio on Union Avenue.

Free Mindfulness Meditation Hour

For those interested in beginning or nurturing their meditation practice, Koelle or Tony share a guided meditation followed by group discussion.
Most Sundays 9-10:00am
