We Will Finish Up Pruning Marquette and Will Start on Sabrevois This Week
As the week started, we were almost finished with pruning Marquette at Meadowcreek Vineyards. We spent the rest of the week pruning Sabrevois at Maple Woods. We expect to need all the Sabrevois we can get this year. We will also prune mechanically using our V-Mech if the ground dries out.

We bottled 2022 Iowa Steuben on Tuesday. We have three fermentations going right now and we’ll be monitoring them this week. This will include adding yeast nutrients as needed.
