March PCC Update
The PCC met on Monday. We continued our discussion of the issues of marriage and same-sex blessing that are occupying the Church of England at the moment; we will return to them at our next meeting. The other main item on our agenda was a presentation from Rob Dillingham from Church House who we'd invited to help us better understand what the parish share is and where it goes. We agreed to making a planning application for a wooden shed to replace the Tiger Cubs marquee behind the Stables. We adopted a framework for reporting serious incidents, as required by the diocese and Charity Commission. As well as receiving reports from our various committees and groups, we received the annual accounts ahead of our annual church meeting in May.
Seniors' Pastor
On Monday we interviewed for the Seniors' Pastor role at All Saints, but I'm sorry to have to report that we weren't able to make an appointment. We are hugely grateful to those who applied. Please continue to pray for the right person for this important role in our church family. Pray too for Jennie Herring and Ken and Katharine Markham who are leading the wonderful Tiger at Ten team meantime.
Derek Humphrey
Derek’s funeral will be held on Monday 3 April at 13.30 at the church of St Philip and St James, Norton St Philip, Bath. For more information please contact Roy Ransley.
DBS check reminder
Thank you again for those who have stepped up to serve the children at All Saints. We only have one week to go until our Superhero holiday club so please do your safeguarding training and any DBS paperwork urgently. Jennie Herring and Sarah Hagger are happy to support you if needed.

Good Friday concert
On Good Friday 7April at 7.00pm All Saints are pleased to welcome the New Sussex Singers to perform a beautiful and moving concert of the Rutter and Fauré’s Requiem. We are also inviting experienced choral singers to join the choir for the Fauré, with three rehearsals leading up to the performance. This will be a great opportunity to experience a community event and invite friends from outside the church to enjoy a high-quality performance on the most central festival of the church’s year.

Are you interested in a Short Term Mission Trip?
There are many mission agencies offering a variety of opportunities from a few weeks in length. There are a few OM leaflets on the mission display area please take one or if you would like more information speak to Ron Goodenough
Please pray today especially for those with leadership responsibilities in the churches of the Sussex Gospel Partnership.
Pray that church leaders may be both strengthened and encouraged by their Training Day this week on the subject of “Twelve things God can’t do, and how they can help you sleep at night”.
“SGP Wives”, is a network for minister’s wives from across Sussex and across denominations. Pray that, as it develops, it will not only be a useful way of sharing information but also a way of praying for and encouraging one another in what can be a difficult, rather lonely, role.
Pray that God will raise up new leaders from within our churches. Ask that churches may have the wisdom to recognise God-given gifts in their members and to provide the training and experience to develop these gifts. Pray also that they may have the courage to send out workers
