Refusing to accept that the other person has a right to be wrong has caused endless misery in personal relationships. - Life runs more smoothly when you accept other people’s ‘right to be wrong’ e.g. to do things differently, to hold opinions you don’t like, to value things you don’t value.*
Try: Can you think of any quirks someone else has that you could just accept for today - or any of your own quirks that you’d like other people to accept?

Start the week with a sense of well-wishing and friendship towards yourself. Resolve that whatever goes right or wrong this week you will end it as a friend to yourself. This is in your power to do even though the week's events are outside your direct control.
Try: Thinking of challenges you face this week, promise to take a friendly approach to yourself even if they don’t work out.
