Good afternoon, monthly market snapshot subscribers!

I'm writing for a different reason today, which you got a little hint at in the March edition last week...

It's that time of year again when I reach out to friends, family, clients, and newsletter enthusiasts for your support as I participate in my annual tradition of riding the 70km CN Cycle for CHEO.

For those of you who are still unfamiliar with it, the CN Cycle for CHEO is a wonderful, annual event that offers a wide range of cycling (15k, 35k, 70k) and walking (2k, 5k) routes for people of all ages and abilities with the purpose of raising funds to support the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario's pursuit to eradicate pediatric cancer. Growing up in Ottawa, I made the usual visits to CHEO, I was lucky enough to never require serious care but I am so glad we have such a great hospital in our city for children who do.

Please consider making a charitable donation via my sponsorship page - this event receives many corporate sponsors to cover costs, meaning that 100% of your donation will go directly to CHEO and you can expect to receive an immediate tax receipt for any amount over $20 - or signing up to take part yourself!
