(Updated) Community Care & (same) First Fri FAQ
The BFS Board recently approved a slightly revised Community Care Policy, making it easier for folks to optionally provide an email for health-related updates, volunteering, and/or getting the e-news. The First Friday FAQ is unchanged. Three Cheers for Volunteers!
At their recent meeting, the First Friday team decided to offer free admission to folks who commit in advance to volunteering on First Fridays. That decision was timely! With Morgan traveling and Chrissy stuck at home with Covid, we're especially grateful to everyone who has stepped up to make this Friday's dance happen! Wow! Thank you!! (There are one or two volunteer slots still available, so if you want to lend a hand on April 7, reach out via the BFS Volunteer Info Sheet.)

- Musicians' Workshop: Playing for Dances ~ For anyone who loves playing music for dancers (whether you're a regular All Comers Band musician or someone who's just curious) ~ Practical wisdom & tools of the trade from top tier dance musicians Emily Troll & Larry Unger ~ doors open 5:30 pm, Thursday, May 5, at Waterfall Arts (256 High St)
- Waltz Time: Workshop & Open Waltzing featuring Larry Unger's tunes ~ Folks have been asking for a waltz workshop, and it's happening!! Come for the workshop with Alyssa Adkins and/or the Open Waltzing with Larry Unger & Benjamin Foss leading the All Comers Band ~ doors open 1:30 pm, Sunday, May 7, at the UU Church (37 Miller St)
