Credible climate transition: Decarbonisation and energy security

The Climate Safe Learning Lab (CSLL) regularly hosts convenings for its global
community members: banking professionals actively influencing the climate agenda
within their institutions.

The theme of this month's convening was credibility and the climate transition, focusing on energy security and sustainability.

Reflecting on the convening, our associate Rebecca Self explores what it will take to balance energy security, affordability and sustainability from a bank’s perspective using the three horizons model for transformative change.

A messaging guide: How to talk about finance reform
The culmination of a project between the Transforming Finance Network, New Economy Organisers Network and Public First, this guide aims to support civil society representatives in communicating with the general public about finance industry reform, including how to effectively talk about the industry and make the case for regulation that works for people and the planet.

Blog: My journey to climate intrapreneurship and the Climate Safe Lending Fellowship
In January the Climate Safe Lending Network Fellowship kicked off with 18 fellows from around the world.

One of our Fellows, Jasmina Negrini, has written about her experience in the fellowship, what inspired her to join and what she’s learnt so far, including how doughnut economics is a useful framework for assessing where we are against where we want to get to in building a sustainable economy.
