Pride Update
Are you called to serve at Pride with MCCLV and share the good news of God's inclusive love? The church is signed on for pride festivals at Lehigh University, as well as in Stroudsburg, Nazareth, Allentown and Easton. Lehigh's Pride-a-Palooza is coming up soon, THIS Friday, April 21 from 8pm-11pm. Then in June, mark your calendars for Pocono Pride on Sunday, June 4 and Nazareth Pride on Saturday, June 10. Allentown and Easton festivals will take place later in the summer. Creation Care Opportunity
Join MCCLV for a celebration of God's creation on Sunday, April 23. Enjoy an environmentally-themed worship service at 11:30am (wear something green) and then at 1:30pm, participate in MCCLV's clean up of Illick's Mill Park. The park is located just 1.4 miles away from the church at 100 Illick's Mill Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017. The clean-up event is a part of the Pick up Pennsylvania 2023 effort. All warmly welcome.

Service Opportunity
Serve with MCCLV at Phoebe Nursing Home every 4th Thursday. Join in on Thursday, April 27 from 1:30 to 3:30pm as MCCLV hosts worship (Phoebe is located at 1925 W. Turner Street in Allentown, PA 18104). Volunteers are needed to help transport residents and chat with people. To participate, email the Pastor at RevBethGoudy@mcclv.info

Screening & Discussion
On Monday, April 24 at 7-9pm, join Executive Producer Richard Master, Director and Producer Vince Mondillo, and Associate Producer Wendell Potter for the hometown premiere of American Hospitals: Healing a Broken System at ArtsQuest (101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015). The screening of this new documentary, which looks at the pernicious incentives driving health care’s astronomical pricing, its monopolistic practices and the pervasive inequities in access and treatment, will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.
