Hello Members,

As the Spring semester closes, we recognize that many chapters are preparing for fall recruitment. As you begin this preparation, we have an exciting announcement that will provide resources for your membership selection process. Theta Phi Alpha will give all chapters technology systems to facilitate membership selection for Primary and Continuous Open Bidding (COB) style recruitments. These resources will be announced in May with technology training to follow in June, prior to Officer Leadership Training (OLT). 


What does this mean for you?

Please do not renew any subscription-based software (OmegaRecruit, MyVote, ChapterBuilder, etc) that the chapter is currently paying for that is utilized for recruitment membership selection. We will be requiring all chapters to use the systems provided in order to streamline recruitment within our organization. There will be no additional cost to chapters for the systems provided.
