Caregivers Tell Their Stories on Stage

Join us for a FREE show the WBUR CitySpace in Boston on
Tuesday, May 23 at 6PM for a show honoring the parents, guardians, and caregivers whose young adults live with
mental health and/or substance use conditions. 



This event is a Flourishing Families and This Is My Brave collaboration with the generous funding support of the Ruderman Family Foundation.

"A Little Easier" is Kendra Wilde's podcast series for stressed parents.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness Hosts Annual Walk
Join the WALK Saturday, May 20 at Artesani Park
for the annual NAMI Walk.
Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Staff, Lenny Mulcahy, is 
raising money, if you'd like to donate.


Enough of one step at a time! I want to take leaps and bounds for mental health — that’s why I’m participating in NAMIWalks 2023.

#8: Black Girls Run Boston
Black Girls Run Releases Summer & Fall Events
Join the communities of Black female runners across the country, and
save the date for September 9th at the Road to Wellness 5K in Boston.

#9: The Phoenix Sober Active Community
A Movement Where Together is Stronger
The cost of membership to join The Phoenix, a national
sober active community, is 48 hours of sobriety.

Helping Boston Students Return to College
Boston Public High School graduates, on leave from college, and ready to return to college may be eligible to be an Alray Scholar with access to robust mentoring, scholarships, and supports to obtain your degree.

Application deadline for Summer Scholars is June 1, 2023 for
support returning to college.
