Oumou Ly is the Senior Advisor for Technology and Ecosystem Security at The White House. She counsels senior officials on domestic and international technology, supply chain security, emerging technology, data security, and cyber workforce and education. She previously worked at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, advising senior agency and Administration leaders and leading policy and strategy for the CISA Cybersecurity Division.
