Spring has Sprung!

April is sprung up on us and I bet we are all a bit excited about spring (finally) settling for a little stay...or so it seems! I know many of us took some time during spring break to vacation or staycation - did you go anywhere fun? Get some rest? Visit family and friends? This is the last week of Council's version of spring break, and I am so grateful that I was able to check all of those spring break boxes. If you've never been to Washington, DC during the spring, maybe add that to your list - just for the cherry blossoms!

Newsletter subscribers are hearing this news first: we are hosting a 2nd District Meeting next week - Wednesday, April 19th at 6:30p -7:30p! I am so very excited to meet many of you - some for the first time - as we gather as neighbors for some important updates about: Quiet Zone, Parks Improvement projects, and new development in the 2nd! Yes - we'll be talking about *that* new development! :)  There will be a Q&A time at the end of the meeting so don't be shy with your questions. Light refreshments will be on deck because we know it is right after work for some of us. Click through to our newsletter's site for more details.
