What is Breath Retraining? And why would you want to join me starting this week?

A big part of the Breath Retraining Courses is understanding breathing.

  • How does breathing impact your life?

  • How does your lifestyle impact breathing?

  • What’s the relationship between improved health and breathing?

  • How does improving your breathing change your athletic performance?


Breathing Practices 🫁


Each week when we gather, we learn practices that will support more functional daily breathing. There are lots of different practices, and some of them you won’t like. That’s okay! The point is to introduce you to enough practices that you find the ones that work for you.


Support 👯


We meet every week over 7 weeks together. And in between, you can email me anytime. Breathing doesn’t just happen when we’re together. You breathe over 20,000 times each day. It’s important to me that I can be there to answer your questions between our sessions.

Beyond what we do in the class together, there are support materials available to you.

  • Audio clips to guide you through your daily breathing

  • I’m happy to create new content if that would help you

Clearing up Confusion 🤯


There’s a lot of breathing information out there, much of it conflicting. I’m happy to answer questions any time that will help you understand breathing, and how it can be beneficial for you.
