Are you as ready as I am for warmer weather? This winter seems to have taken its time moving on.

But with spring not just on the calendar but in the air as well, everyone is spending a little more time outside of their homes. It's a great time of year to remove storm windows, wash welcome mats, and sweep out the garage. If you're a gardener, it's also the perfect time to start seedlings inside for later planting. We recommend planting your seedlings in eggshells, as they are biodegradable and feed the soil.

As you start tackling your spring cleaning, you may be reminded of the more substantial changes you'd like to make to your home. Deciding to remodel is a big decision and can be a stressful time for you and your loved ones. This month's feature article focuses on the benefits of kitchen and bath remodeling. Welcome Tyler Hart!

Nip Tuck is thrilled to welcome Tyler Hart, our new production manager. Tyler has worked his way up through the ranks in construction, starting out as an apprentice on a framing crew, to become the foreman at a West Coast design-build firm. In his desire to remain closer to home with his wife and children, Tyler chose to join Nip Tuck Remodeling. We are excited to have him leading the production team!

In addition to his experience in construction, Tyler has spent the last 10 years running a rapidly growing retail company that helped him expand his leadership skills. He uses creativity in getting his work team headed in the same direction and excels through hard work and mindfulness. We hope you'll join us in welcoming Tyler to our Nip Tuck family.

Project Feature - Redmond Home Addition

After working with us on a previous project, these clients returned with a desire to create a large underground wine room. They also dreamed of a larger laundry room, a dedicated mud room, and a “mom’s ensuite." As lovers of books and music, some dedicated space for both was incorporated into their renovation. The enlarged bonus room on the second floor became a mixed-use space for much needed storage, teen lounging, a dedicated workout space, and some room for crafting. With a combination of below-grade, main floor, and second-story additions, we added approximately 1,600 square feet to this home.
