Stanford Law School Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course 

Early Bird Deadline Extended to April 14, 2023

Registration is open for the Stanford Law School Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course – a two-day comprehensive training in IP/Tech ADR advocacy skills designed for experienced counsel. The course will be held June 8 to 9, 2023 at Paul Brest Hall on the Stanford Law School campus at Stanford, California.  

This course is designed to provide experienced counsel legal knowledge and practical expertise in technology and IP alternative dispute resolution. It covers pre-filing considerations, pleading, selecting arbitrators and challenges, jurisdiction, how best to present a IP technology case in arbitration and mediation, international arbitration, post-award enforcement and challenges, and ethics. Leading Stanford Law academics, experienced IP litigators, and IP/Tech ADR neutrals will join together to share their expertise. Practicum sessions will allow attendees to begin building skills during the course.

Early Bird has been extended until April 14, 2023. Register today to receive the early bird discount of $1,095 – the lowest rate being offered for the course!   After April 15, 2023, as a member of one of the course’s supporting organizations, you will receive a discounted rate of $1,195 using the code discount during registration.
