chatting with a mental health professional. Ultimately, our coping strategies are personal and require openness to self-discovery.

Deer Park Monastics Visit
Save the Date! April 18 - 23
Join us in exploring mindfulness through a week of presentations, discussions, and meditation practice with ten senior monastic Dharma teachers in the Plum Village Tradition of scholar, poet, peace activist, and Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh from Deer Park Monastery in California.
They will be on campus April 18 - 23 and will share practical examples of how mindfulness practices can be applied in the context of our daily lives to cultivate insight, compassion, build resilience, non-fear and nurture a culture of inclusivity and loving kindness.
The week will be filled with plenty of opportunities to meet, discuss, and meditate together.
