The Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission (MIC3) or “The Compact” provides for the uniform treatment of military children transferring between school districts and states by addressing key educational transition issues such as eligibility, enrollment, placement, and graduation. The purpose of the Compact is to keep military children on grade level and on track to graduate on time.
