PHCC Tulie L. Phillips Scholarship

The Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. is pleased to announce, the application for our 2023 Tulie L. Phillips scholarship is now open! The PHCC will award two $500.00 scholarships to graduating seniors from Maynard Evans High School that plan on attending Valencia College West Campus.

Student Civic Engagement Award Program (SCEA Program)

The Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. is pleased to announce, the application/nomination form for our 2023 Student Civic Engagement Award Program is now open and accepting submission for the 4th Grading Period! The PHCC will recognize one student for the freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior class.
