Fiscal year end is two months away; ask your staff/volunteers to submit reimbursement requests before then. All reimbursement requests must be submitted within three months of when the expense was incurred. A good practice is reminding your volunteers and teachers about reimbursement procedures before the school year begins. (See section XII.4 of the Parish Accounting Manual.)
ParishStaq is rolling out in waves to every parish. The goal is to have all parishes on ParishStaq by the end of March 2024, prior to the implementation of the new parish families in July 2024. Learn more
