Clothing swap May 27

Join us Saturday, May 27 from 10am to 4pm for a community clothing swap at Bonnie Doon Hall. On Friday, May 26 we encourage you to bring 10 or more items to the hall between 4:00pm and 9:00pm and help us set up.

On Saturday There will be food, door prizes and a great vibe. All the details are here.

Bike challenge in June

We don't have the final deets to give you but be aware, Ritchie challenges Bonnie Doon to see who can bicycle more in June. It will likely look like our friendly 2021 competition.

Your BDCL membership entitles you to swim for free twice a week, at Bonnie Doon Leisure Centre Saturdays for 90 minutes and at Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre Sundays for two hours. More...

Our next Seniors Film & Lunch will be held Thursday, June 15 at 10:30. We'll show three short films from the NFB, ranging from the hilarious to the profound. More...

Our Preschool Playgroup's last two days this season will be May 23 and 30. Open to members of any community league. Tuesday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00. More...

Beautiful Bonnie Doon!

Front Yards in Bloom is back! This program has been encouraging Edmontonians to beautify their yards and communities for over 20 years. You can get involved by caring for your own gardens, nominating others’ yards, or by signing up to volunteer with various aspects of Front Yards in Bloom.

You can win an award in one of several categories (balcony gardens, veggie gardens, etc). We've had winners right here in Bonnie Doon! More...

Safer streets in Bonnie Doon

The Bonnie Doon Vision Zero community group met with City employees recently. The city presented a plan for near term interventions to help limit traffic short-cutting and reduce unsafe speeds in two key areas. Find their report here.
