Have your say on proposed changes to Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice

The Commission is consulting on three proposed changes to our requirements on gambling businesses.

The proposals include extending the requirement to participate in the remote multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (GAMSTOP) to all licensees that make and accept bets by telephone and email, introducing an LCCP requirement to report deaths by suicide to the Commission, and a technical update to references to Payment Services Regulations.

This consultation closes on 23 May.
