Please join me TONIGHT, SATURDAY, APRIL 22 from 5:30pm - 9pm for a FREE concert on the lawn in Emory Village 🎶 ALL Are Welcome! It's our COCA-COLA “CLEAN UP THE CREEK CONCERT”, part of the Druid Hills Spring Celebration!
Michelle Malone and Canyonland will be headlining this fun, FREE concert, presented by Emory Village Alliance and South Fork Conservancy. Proceeds will go towards the Peavine Rainwater Garden project in Emory Village and the Emory Village Alliance.
Bring a blanket or low lawn chair to enjoy the concert.
Free parking in Emory parking decks – behind Barnes and Nobel on Oxford or at the Fishburne Parking lot on North Decatur adjacent to Swartz Music Center
Enjoy food from our local restaurants or the Sweet Auburn BBQ truck
A variety of cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for sale on the lawn (profits will be used to improve Emory Village!)
Kids are encouraged!
This is our second year to have a free outdoor concert in Emory Village, and I have many happy memories from last year. Its a wonderful way to celebrate our community and you will be supporting ways to help our Mother Earth! Hope to see you there!

And I am sharing some wonderful recent experiences below benefitting from being outside and taking in Mother Earth's bounty- Walking in Frazer Forest, picking strawberries in McDonough, Yogi enjoying his stick and waterfall view somewhere in N. Georgia with David, the marsh near Darien and kayaking the waterways of the Altamaha River.
With God's Grace, I hope you have the opportunity to get outside yourselves! Nature is Healing, and we all need that! Happy Saturday and Earth Day to you!
