Little Duck Forge News Spring 2023

Hello and welcome to our Spring newsletter from the forge. We have been very busy over the winter designing, forging, glass fusing; producing old favourites and some new exciting projects. In brief the newsletter has information about forthcoming events, the first garden and craft events taking place this spring, the new galleries that we can be found in and events later in 2023!

The Garden Show at Firle Place

21 - 23 April 2023

The Garden Show at Firle Place is an annual springtime event set in the beautiful surroundings of Firle Estate, in the heart of the South Downs National Park.

RHS Garden Wisley Spring

27 April to 1 May 2023

RHS Wisley, GU23 6QB

Held mainly in floored marquees within the beautiful surroundings of RHS Garden Wisley. Visitors are able to view and purchase contemporary craft and art whilst also enjoying the beautiful spring garden

Craft in Focus - Hever Castle

18-21 May 2023

Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 7NG

Set within the award-winning Hever Castle Gardens, 125 acres of glorious grounds with the backdrop of the historic castle - the childhood home of Anne Boleyn.

New Sculptures for the Spring

During the winter the forge has been working on a number of new Sculptures incorporating beautiful fused glass. These are the first images of the Stingray Sculpture.

Little Duck Forge at the Gallery

The Forge has been busy delivering sculptures and squiggle frames around the country to beautiful galleries. Surprisingly these are in places we love to visit. They only have a small number of items due to size, if you wish for something specific get in touch. They all have beautifully made pieces from multiple artists and if you are in the area, are well worth a visit.

Sculpture at Kingham Lodge

Little Duck Forge is pleased to be taking part in this years "Sculpture at Kingham Lodge" a beautiful garden near Chipping Norton in the Costworlds. Sculptures from the Snow Witch project will be taking part. Check out the website for updates.

Date: 20-29th May 2023

Venue: Kingham Lodge, West End, Kingham, OX7 6YL

Sculpture at Kingham Lodge is an exhibition by "The Stockwell Charitable Trust". Set in 5 acres of beautiful grounds, over 400 sculptures are displayed as you would like to see them in your own garden.

This year they are particularly proud of their schools outreach programme. Read their blog to find out more.
