Women's Giving Circle Event Recap
We had a wonderful afternoon at the Women's Giving Circle Luncheon! It was great to have Allison Barber, President and COO of the Indiana Fever, share her inspiring message with our group!
The three $2,000 grant recipients are Children's Advocacy Center of Southeastern Indiana, Inc., So Loved Clothing Closet, and Summer Food for Kids. We are excited to support these groups and to see what they do to help our community!

My Community My Vision

Ripley Youth Outreach has reached their first goal in working to modernize the Daren Baker Memorial Park in Milan! They plan on renovating the main shelter, installing art, adding WIFI, seating, beautifying the landscape, adding water bottle filling stations, and trash/recycling bins. 

RYO will receive a $10,000 CreatINg matching grant through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, because they met their fundraising goal!

Thank you to the Milan Lions Club for their generous donation, and to everyone who helped RYO reach their goal!

Change Ripley County Grant
The Change Ripley County Grant
will be accepting applications for up to $10,000 starting May 5th.

Ripley Youth Outreach established this grant to give local youth (between the ages of 13 and 23) a platform to be heard, the confidence to take action to change their communities, and the resources to enact these changes. This grant encourages youth to partner with a local nonprofit organization to establish a change and improve Ripley County. 

In 2020, this grant supported Sweets at Liberty Park, and in 2022, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Olean used this grant to renovate the Brown Township playground!

Wreaths Across Ripley County
Wreaths Across Ripley County was the top performing group in Indiana for Wreaths Across America! Our wonderful community recognized the sacrifices our friends and neighbors made to protect our freedom.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this project and made it such a success in 2022! With your help, we can continue this project in the future!
