In pursuit of our mission to give all citizens an opportunity to discuss town issues and learn more about them, the Wellfleet Community Forum sends out email blasts containing non-commercial and non-partisan content that provides pertinent information of general interest to our residents. We offer these emails as a public service.

Typically, it takes about an hour, but you can walk any length of time you are comfortable in doing.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation provides the collection tools, collection bags, a safety vest and work gloves. Until October, weather permitting, we will repeat the process the third Thursday of every month. Moisture resistant footwear is recommended since the roadside can be damp at this time in the morning.
