Our upcoming 8 week series begins the first week of May and will feature SpineLow Back and Hip Health to compliment our more active lifestyles in the Spring🌸 & Summer 🌹. 
 
As yoga teachers, Cristal and I hope to help people understand they have more agency over their lives and discomfort than they may have been led to believe. Gentle, Mindful & Accessible Yoga can be an important part of this solution.
 
Movement is a key element of healing. But exercise can also be daunting, which is why slow, safe, friendly, mindful oriented yoga practices are so important. They can help people learn to gradually trust and discover a renewed relationship with their bodies.

The highly requested Yoga On the Beach aka YOB is back for another Summer at Canoe Creek State Park swimming area!!! YOB will be replacing the Free mini-practices in our newsletters, which we’ll revisit in the Fall.

For those interested in beginning or nurturing their meditation practice, Koelle or Tony share a guided meditation followed by group discussion.
