Penny Wars Update

What an exciting last week during Penny Wars!  Thank you to those that have donated towards the event and our Fund in Need.  

During Penny Wars, we fundraised $15,819.99 towards the Fund in Need!  We are getting closer to our goal, but we are $15,000 away from our fundraising goal.  Click here to make a donation directly.  

Congratulations to 2nd Grade Room 208 for placing in 1st!  They have earned an out of uniform day, extra recess, movie and pizza party, a no homework day and their choice of which teacher or staff member gets pied in the face!

Congratulations to 4th Grade Room 202 for placing in 2nd!  They have earned an out of uniform, an extra recess, and their choice of which teacher or staff member gets pied in the face!

Congratulations to 5th Grade Room 304 for placing in 3rd! They have earned an out of uniform and extra recess. 

Staff members getting pied at a TBD time are Mr Kunkle, Ms Roberts, Nurse Cody, Ms. McAllister, Coach K., Ms. Strome, Ms. Bird, Mr. H., Ms. DelToral, and Mr. and Mrs. Wallett, plus whatever staff members the top two classes choose.

We are bringing back a fun event to help raise money for our Faculty Fund.  The Faculty Fund is a target focus on giving our faculty a much deserved additional compensation at the end of the school year.  You can give directly online to our Faculty Fund by clicking here.

We hope that you can join us on Thursday, April 27th between 6 pm to 10 pm at Olive Black located at 3032 N. Lincoln Ave.  Mrs. Sikorski (5th and 6th Grade ELA) and Mrs. Dubiel (Library Media Specialist) will be behind the bar serving up drinks and food.  All tips are cash only!  Tips collected on this night will be put towards the Faculty Fund.  Come for one or many!
