LA2050 Voting Booths at the Theodore Payne Foundation
⭐ VOTE FOR A BETTER LA →
WOAH. We're halfway through LA2050 Grants Challenge voting!

Thousands of Angelenos have cast their votes so far, both online and in person at our pop-up experiences. Over the past two weeks, we've hosted our voting booths at five iconic locations around Los Angeles. We engaged with bookworms at the Los Angeles Central Library, hikers and tourists at Griffith Observatory, sweet treat lovers at Randy's Donuts, families at the Los Angeles Zoo, and plant enthusiasts at Theodore Payne Foundation.

WHAT DOES LA CARE ABOUT?
We're awarding $1 million in grants to organizations making an impact on the issues that LA cares about most – two in each of our five LA2050 goal categories. So, what issues are Angelenos voting to fund? These ten issues are currently in the lead:
PLAY
1/ Green space, park access & trees
2/ Community safety

LEARN
1/ Support for systems-impacted youth
2/ K-12 STEAM education
CONNECT
1/ Public transit
2/ Immigrant & refugee support

LIVE
1/ Affordable housing & homelessness
2/ Healthcare access
CREATE
1/ Income inequality
2/ Opportunities for people who have been incarcerated
Vote now to make sure the issues that YOU care about receive funding! And, don't forget to share voting with your friends, family, network, and community before it closes on May 8th.
