Friends, 

We would like to share a brief update on various ways you can continue to partner with us as Jesus leads.

We desire to be good stewards of ALL that God graciously gives us. Please feel free to ask at any time about our vision for ministry, living, and even specifically how we are budgeting and utilizing your financial gifts. 

We are sending this email from Hawaii as Ross is conducting 5-weeks of work with the Marine Corps reserve. We are thankful we can be together during this time and it is a blessing that God is using this time to help fund ministry and life in SE Asia. 
 

Prayer

We are so thankful for your prayers. There is no greater way to partner with us. Please pray for: 

• Comfort for the continued pain and suffering of people we are close to in Burma. 
• Grace and persistence in learning new languages. Ross learning Burmese (pictured below). Eirenee' continuing to learn Thai.
• Missional mindset here in Hawaii. 
• Ever increasing love for eachother and those around us. 
• Wisdom how to support our team and people while we are away.

Family Financial Update

Wow. Thank you, thank you! We are so grateful for your financial support! God is working through you to meet our needs and enable us to give to others more and more! 

We are fully funded for 2023 through monthly pledges, one-time gifts, and Ross' military reserve work. Praise God and thank you for your gracious support!

Please let us know if you have any questions about how this all works out financially. We have planned for the military stipend Ross makes during his military reserve work (i.e. the month of May) to offsett both current and future expenses. Your gifts will be applied to current ministry giving and future expenses only. If you would like us to do this differently please let us know

We would like to give one special thank you to Rebecca Marshall for her support in partnering with us to coordinate fundraising in the U.S. for New Jerusalem Children’s Home. Over $15,000 was raised in the U.S. to purchase a truck for the home to transport their children.  Rebecca created the giving page and then connected the funds to us. We were then able to exchange into Thai baht and give to the home!

Below are some of the highlights from our most recent mission to provide support to an ethnic relief team training. The training is now complete. Everyone is safe even though there were significant threats from the Burmese Army the last week of training. Thanks for praying!
