Beloved Yoga Friends,
To live from the heart means to live listening to what makes us feel nourished, energized, balanced, and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.
Spiritual teachings have pointed us to the heart as the source of wisdom, truth, peace, and love. We call it the heart because the deeper realities of our true nature are experienced most strongly in the region of the physical heart.
The practices of yoga, qigong, and sound healing meditation allow us to relax the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart. Through steady and devoted practice we become more attuned with our true nature and living from the heart.
This month, I am happy to be offering classes, a workshop, and community circle that invite you to gently connect with and open your heart.
