Proxy Voting at the MEIA AGM
Hello MEIA Members,
As you know, our in-person AGM is Wednesday, April 19th afternoon. Details below with link to register your attendance. It’s important to have members present to validate the AGM process and the election of Directors.The event includes some speakers, awards and a networking reception. However we understand there are circumstances where attendance is not possible for personal reasons or if corporate policy restricts in-person events. There is a mechanism to allow members to vote by proxy for the President and Slate of Directors. If you can’t make it, you can vote by proxy by clicking here.
You will note there have been two nominations added to the slate of directors. One for Efficiency Manitoba and one for CanSustain Management Solutions Inc.
