Recycle Colorado's Poster Contest Winners Brighten up Earth Day! ☀️
We incredibly impressed by the posters that were submitted to our "Colorado Loves Clean Compost" poster contest this year. With over 160 different submissions from 24 different schools in Colorado it made it hard to narrow down a select few winners.

As the Front Range & many others implement new composting guidelines, we tried to utilize this contest as a way for kids to express their creativity while also learning about an important part of our waste diversion efforts in Colorado. Winners from this year will have the opportunity to also tour a composting facility in June.

Winning posters from this year's contest are posted on our website and social media. Please share to brighten up your social feeds with the talented work of Colorado's young artists.

April Snack & Share
TODAY April 20th!
Come learn about the Hefty ReNew program! The Hefty ReNew program, formerly the Hefty EnergyBag Program, provides a way to collect hard-to-recycle plastics curbside and uses them as valued resources. These hard-to-recycle plastics include common household items like candy wrappers, bread bags, and foam takeout containers.
The program diverts these materials from landfills, reduces dependence on fossil fuels, increases efficiency at recycling facilities, and improves the quality of other recycled materials. The Hefty ReNew program provides communities and residents an important step toward a more circular plastics economy and a more sustainable future.
