Dear Fellow Owners,
We're sending you the Renovation Rules in case you forgot the details from your Welcome Packet.
PLEASE SHARE THESE WITH YOUR CONTRACTORS TOO.
Renovations are permitted from April 15 to December 15
*** ONLY Monday – Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm ***
Saturday and Sunday ONLY with special permission and emergencies.
Craig Cerny, General Manager, has a list of approved, VI certified contractors and skilled workers.
Notice and approval of improvement plan must be given before work is begun.
Alert owners as early as possible on the SBRM Owners Forum and on the Owner's Facebook group if noise is expected
Please keep your doors closed as much as possible to reduce the noise and dust disturbance to your neighbors.
Detailed guidelines to be shared with contractors available at COA office.
Let's all be as courteous as possible to those around us who are on vacation.
