Proxy Voting at the MEIA AGM
Hello MEIA Members,
Although we had 90 attendees at our AGM yesterday, unfortunately we did not have enough members in attendance to reach quorum. Therefore the AGM was extended virtually to all members to approve the nominated slate of candidates including Jason Combe as President and the 2022 AGM minutes. A non-response from members to the vote will be recognized as an acceptance vote. Should you intend to respond please do so by 8:00 am Friday April 21st, 2023. Again for clarity, you are not required to respond if you agree with the acceptance.
