I've received a few inquiries regarding whether we are having class today, or not, and the answer is YES. I hope this message clears up any confusion you might have about todays class:

The changes coming regarding this message aren't that dramatic but I do love this cartoon. 😉

For this month, May 11th, 18th, and 25th, I'll be teaching the Thursday 4pm class as scheduled. As for June, we'll be out of town the first 3 weeks...
 
There WILL NOT be a Thursday qigong class
at the Avila Beach Golf Resort
June 1st, 8th, and 15th.
