Attention North Families, Community, and Staff:
Every public school in the Denver Public School District has some important committees that help families get involved and share perspective. One such organization is the Collaborative School Committee (CSC). The CSC brings together staff, parents, students, and community members to create and implement a plan to promote high achievement within the school. Another organization, at every Multilingual Education MLE/ELA Program school, is the MLE/ELA Parent Advisory Committee. At a district level, there is the MLE/ELA District Advisory Committee.

Denver Health Clinics Open In DPS
The North High School clinic will be closing for summer break on May 26th and opening on August 7th for the 2023-2024 school year. Mental health services are available even if the clinic is closed during the summer student and families can outreach to 303-602-8958 if they need help with those services.

Northside Memory Project
In the Springtime of 2022, North Denver residents connected with History Colorado staff to collectively embark upon a shared memory project. Together, the Northside Arts Collaborative and History Colorado co-created a public history program that included collective memory workshops, photo scanning days for local community members, oral history work, and neighborhood and community documentation. The documentary, "A Love Letter to the Northside" shares the collective memory and donated photos and oral histories through a short film format.
