Dear Friends,

     I am excited to be talking about the subject of Spiritual Mind Treatment this Sunday as a follow-up to Rev. Maurene's lessons of last week.
     Treatment, or Affirmative Prayer, is one of the greatest "tools" we have that can really help us to take control of our thoughts and set a new pattern in our lives going forward.
      It may seem complicated at first, but it's actually quite easy to get started using it. I will try to shed a little more light on how to use it and we will also have time for Questions and Answers...
     After all, we always say, "Change your thinking, and change your Life."  Now is the time to start putting these principles into practice!

More Good Intentions!

     In last week's class on Spiritual Principles, we made intentions, created affirmations, and learned how to create Spiritual Mind Treatments.  I want to share some of my favorite short affirmations with you... 

GOD IS RIGHT WHERE I AM.  GOD IS WHAT I AM.  I AM WHOLE.  I AM LOVE, LIGHT, AND LIFE. I AM SUCCESSFUL.  I AM AT PEACE. I AM CREATIVE.  I AM BEAUTY. I AM POWER, I AM OPEN TO CHANGE. I AM ENLIGHTENED. Meditation Suggestion:

This week, why not sit quietly for a few minutes, and then read over the affirmations that Rev. Maurene has shared....If any one particularly resonates with you, repeat it aloud and then gently for a minute or so and then move on to the next one.
