Conflict is an inevitable part of our operations. Extension education works by assessing community needs and delivering educational programs tailored to those needs. University of Maryland Extension is assessing how conflict affects farmers and agricultural operations. We are looking for input from those in the Agricultural Sector.
This includes:
Farm Workers,
Farm Owners,
Landowners who lease land for Agriculture
Leaders and Board Members of Non-Profits with Agricultural projects
Owners of Businesses that Support Agriculture
If this applies to you, and you are 18 and older, we would love to hear your input.
Participation can happen in 2 ways:

Compensation: $25 Gift Card for first 10 interview participants

The results of this study will be used to develop educational resources to help farmers better manage conflicts that arise through their work.
