By this call, the Nominating Committee of the Rotary Action Group for Clubfoot (RAG4Clubfoot) is soliciting suggestions to fill THREE vacancies on our Board of Directors. The term of office is from August 1, 2023 until June 30, 2026. Only those members whose dues are current shall be eligible to nominate or be nominated and elected. Increasing global representation of the RAG4Clubfoot Board has long been an interest of the RAG4Clubfoot. [Annual membership dues are $25 per year].
The Nominating Committee will select three candidates from all those received and then present to the Board for approval.
Qualifications for Candidates
Candidates for Director positions shall have a global vision and preferably at least one year of active membership in the RAG4Clubfoot when the individual takes office. In the case of applying candidates who are past RI Directors or past TRF Trustees, the Board may waive the one-year membership requirement.
The RAG4Clubfoot holds 4 – 5 Board meetings each year via Zoom (typically 1.5 hours, early evening Chicago time). There may be additional meetings which may become necessary from time to time.
All meetings and correspondence are held in English.
Candidates are required to submit a one-page biographic statement by Thursday, June 15th that includes a description of their:
background
interest in clubfoot/Ponseti Method and
motivation to become a RAG4Clubfoot Board member.
Candidate biographic statements are submitted to info@rag4clubfoot.org to be reviewed by the Nominating Committee.
